On this episode of The Pilot’s Flight PodLog we welcome Mark Sorenson of Tiger Airshows into the virtual hangar. Mark has been flying airplanes for many years, both professionally and for recreation. Mark flies Boeing 717s for the airlines. When his trips are finished there, you can find him zipping around the sky in his orange and black tiger-stripe Yak-55.

Michelle, Will, and David have all gathered at Ray Community Airport (57D) in Michigan for the principle filming for Acro Camp 2, the independent film that takes for pilots and teams them up with two aerobatic instructors. The “campers” spend four days learning acro in a Citabria, a Super Decathlon, and a Pitts S2B.

Will has returned as the Director of Photography, and David had come as a crew dog to work a camera and perform other technical and production tasks as necessary. Michelle showed up as alumni, and has been working to support whatever production needs are applicable at the time.

During the ground school on Day 0, Steve interrupted the class, fired David, and reassigned him as a Camper. Apparently, nearly everyone knew this accept for David, who was held completely in the dark about this whole thing for over 9 months.
